THE CLIENT or USER IS AGREEING TO ALL OF THE TERMS WRITTEN HEREIN AND IS CONFIRMING HE/SHE IS 18-YEARS-OLD OR OLDER WHEN PURCHASING A COACHING, MENTORING, READING OR HEALING SESSION. ALL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION DISSEMINATED THROUGHOUT THIS SITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. ANY AND ALL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION PROVIDED INCLUDING QUESTIONS ANSWERED ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR OWN JUDGMENT AND INTERPRETATION; THEY SHOULD NOT BE REGARDED AS MEDICAL, LEGAL, COUNSELING, RELATIONSHIP, MARITAL, PSYCHIATRIC, BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. The owner and contributors of www.thelifeilluminator.com and the The Life Illuminator mobile app accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any harm, real or imagined, from the use or dissemination of any type of information or communication contained herein. 

While The Life Illuminator will guide and support the client in achieving success in his/her endeavors, the client is ultimately responsible for his/her progress and success. The path to Alchemical Evolution™️  and vibrant wellness involve the client in being communicative, responsible, committed, motivated, optimistic, and action-oriented. Please understand a lot of self-work and profound healing will need to be completed to achieve a blissful, fulfilling and healthy life. Please remember results vary for each individual as it is the sole responsibility and due diligence of the client to follow through with any guidance provided. Under no circumstances does The Life Illuminator guarantee you will achieve a particular result or outcome from any information, communication, guidance or advice you obtain on or throughout this website. 

Please note all payments for booked services, mentorship sessions, mentorship plans, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, oracle decks and online events are FINAL. Purchasing anything from www.thelifeilluminator.com or The Life Illuminator does not give you the legal rights to own it. No refunds will be issued once you commit to booking and purchasing the aforementioned services and products. YOU MUST BOOK AND SUBMIT PAYMENT RESPONSIBLY. If any product or service was booked or purchased in error, please email thelifeilluminator@gmail.com for an alternative solution to include replacing the previously booked service or product with an alternate product or service of equal value. All online services must be booked at least 24 hours before your preferred date and time of the session unless other arrangements are made directly with The Life Illuminator. If an online service is booked, please adhere to the following: 1) If you are unable to attend your booked session and need to cancel, please log in to your account to cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to your reserved date and time. 2) If you are a no-show to your booked session or cannot reschedule, your payment will be forfeited, and you will not receive a refund. To reschedule an online service, please send an email to thelifeilluminator@gmail.com with a REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE title in the subject heading at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. If the originally scheduled date and time are not feasible for the client or The Life Illuminator, a mutually agreed-upon date and time may be decided. Only three rescheduled sessions will be allowed throughout the duration of the mentoring term. ed throughout the duration of the coaching or mentoring term. 

 

The Life Illuminator reserves the right to delete or terminate a member’s account or membership at any time and without warning if a user violates rules, commits fraud, exhibits disruptive behavior or violates any part of the Terms and Conditions.
